Redrock Falls Trail is a 3.6 mile out and back trail located near East Glacier Park. The trail is only 3.6 miles to the Redrock Falls but the trail continues. We actually ended up doing over 10 miles roundtrip, with some of that being pelted by sleet. What made this trail truly amazing wasn't only the scenery but also the wildlife. We saw bears (from a far distant), sheep, a bull and a cow moose, a ptarmigan, pine squirrels ad even a whitetail deer that literally jumped out in front of us, then posed for us to take pictures of her. This trail offered a walk through the woods with openings for views of the mountains and not to mention the stunning waterfall. We also climbed halfway up a mountain and got pretty close to a mountain goat! This is truly an amazing hike. We had a great day. Tomorrow will be a new adventure in this beautiful place!
